My name is Patricia Lopez and I am the face behind Maya Search.

I have nearly 20 years of experience recruiting internationally for leading global brands within the fashion, luxury, sports, beauty & hospitality sectors.

This experience has clearly given me great insight into recruiting fantastic talent who will not only be happy to join my clients´ businesses, but who will also thrive and be happy staying there for a long time. I would like to think that in addition to my experience, I also bring a fresh and honest mindset with an unwavering commitment to excellence. My approach leading and coaching international recruitment teams has always been to continue to instil them with the same levels of honesty and an immense pursuit of excellence. My Story

I am originally from Spain but grew up in many different countries including the US, France, Switzerland and the UK. I speak English, Spanish, French and Italian and I definitely intend to keep adding more!

I am a Global Executive Search & Coaching Consultant who has the privilege of being based between the UK and Spain. I have had the pleasure of placing talented individuals from senior management to Board of Director level in some of the most prestigious global organisations such as LVMH, Tapestry Group, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Nike, adidas, Camper, Christian Louboutin, Aesop, Amazon and Center Parcs amongst many others across Europe, the US and Asia. I have built extremely solid relationships with these businesses and I am proud to have earned their trust throughout long-term partnerships.
